Due to the recent Global outbreak of COVID-19, TCG have expedited its Personal Protective Equipment & Medical Products export from China to Europe and USA markets via B2B and B2C arrangements. During the initial COVID-19 Global outbreak in March and April 2020, the Global supply chain had been seriously disrupted and essential PPE and medical products shipments could not reach the infected countries in Europe. TCG activated its Global air-freight supply chain network and delivered PPE products to the EU market within 10 days door-to-door; whereas our competitors took more than 6 weeks to complete their air-freight delivery.
Since COVID-19 is gradually becoming the norm, TCG has re-positioned to establish high quality long term business relationships with valuable Global customers. Our goal is to minimize business risk, speed up transactions and cash flow, and provide a secure platform for Buyer and Seller to complete transactions online and offline.
From time to time however clients ask for small orders which TGC are happy to fulfill. Furthermore, if TCG has not catalogued a product you are looking for, they are happy to source it, screen for compliance and assist to negotiate acceptable terms for the Buyers.
