Our Tools – Terbit China Solutions (TCS)

We understand the market has many different tools helping corporations to conduct business transaction electronically, however most of these tools are highly complex with many functions in a specific area, for instance CRM to handle customer relationship only and these tools also have high upfront and maintenance costs.

Due to the above market situation, Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) usually do not have sophisticated tools such as Customer Relation Management (CRM) and procurement tools helping them to manage both customers and suppliers.  We believe SME’s will need a tool that can accomplish the following:

• easy to use, extremely user friendly
• can capture and document purchase and sales data electronically
• manage both customer pool and supplier pool information
• no upfront investment with very low operational cost
• Cross border capability in multiple languages (Wave 1 in English, Chinese and Indonesian)

Terbit China Solution (TCS) is a web based tool that bundles key functions of both CRM and Procurement tools, it will be launched to the market sometime in 2021 in China, Hong Kong and Indonesia as our Phase 1 launch.  We shall update you on the status of TCS on our web site from time-to-time.
